Our Orthotic Process
Getting orthotics at Stoney Creek Foot Health & Orthotic Centre starts with booking an appointment at our clinic. During your visit, you will receive a foot assessment with our specialist to better understand your concerns, foot structure, and mobility needs. Next, we complete a biomechanical and gait analysis exam to evaluate how your feet function while standing and walking. Based on these findings, we design your orthotic to provide the right level of support, cushioning, and correction.
Once your orthotics are ready, we complete an orthotic fitting to make sure they feel comfortable and work properly with your footwear. You can also choose optional shoe selection on-site, including extra width and depth shoes that can better accommodate your new orthotics.
